Caroline is a skilled Sustainability Consultant with over 15 years of project management experience and 5 years specialising in On Construction Domestic Energy Assessments. With a BA (Hons) in Business Management and a suite of technical qualifications, including ILM Level 3 in Leadership & Management, Certified Passive House Tradesperson, and Elmhurst Energy U-Value Competency certification, Caroline brings a detailed and methodical approach to every project she supports.

Her strength lies in problem-solving and helping clients work through technical and compliance challenges to achieve practical, energy-efficient outcomes. Whether it’s navigating Part L requirements or enhancing building fabric performance, Caroline takes pride in making the complex feel manageable.
