The INEOS Grenadier manufacturing facility in Bridgend marks a new era for automotive engineering in South Wales. The site has been reimagined to support the production of the Grenadier 4X4 vehicle, with a focus on quality, functionality, and environmental compliance. RedSix was appointed to deliver the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) for the project, supporting regulatory requirements and ensuring the development was fully compliant at handover.

As a large and technically complex industrial fit-out, the project required accurate and efficient energy modelling to support a compliant EPC. The site featured specialist installations, including workshops, assembly lines, and high bay industrial areas, each with different energy usage profiles. Timing was also critical, with the EPC needed to align with project completion and building handover.
RedSix provided a fast, thorough, and fully compliant EPC assessment tailored to the specific design and operational characteristics of the facility. We worked closely with the project architects and contractors to gather the necessary building data, construction details and M&E specifications. Our team carried out dynamic energy modelling to reflect the unique layout and fabric of the space, ensuring the EPC was accurate and delivered on time.
