Located on Trent Valley Industrial Estate, Eastern Avenue, Lichfield, the building consists of a modern storage facility complete with associated parking, landscaping and services for future office accommodation. Utilising the existing vehicular access on the south western perimeter of the site, a total of twenty-eight car parking spaces were made available, with the layout also including provision for cycle storage, and the enhancement of existing landscaping at the front of the site.

RedSix were appointed as BREEAM Assessors and Sustainability Champions for the project, which achieved a BREEAM Very Good rating at interim and post-construction stages under the BREEAM New Construction methodology. RedSix also undertook Life Cycle Assessment and Sustainability Champion duties for the project during the design and construction phases, ensuring all potential BREEAM points and overall BREEAM score we continually monitored and maximised at every opportunity.
