Three contemporary new dwellings at Heol-y-Delyn, Lisvane comprising one detached property and two semi-detached properties. As SAP assessors on the project, RedSix worked alongside the project architect and Client to achieve the required compliance standard and achieve an improvement in energy demand and CO2 reduction. RedSix produced both design and as-built SAP calculations and EPCs for each dwelling to enable the project to achieve Building Control sign-off prior to sale.
