This project involved the construction of three new dwellings at Heol-y-Delyn Lisvane comprising one detached property and two semi-detached properties. As SAP assessors on the project, RedSix worked alongside the project architect and Client to achieve the desired outcome in relation energy efficiency. RedSix produced both design and as-built SAP calculations and EPCs for each dwelling, enabling the project to achieve Building Control sign-off prior to sale.
