Winner of Yorkshire Property Awards “Office Deal of the Year 2018”, the building, which is located in the heart of Leeds’ business direct, provides a total of 70,940 sqft of high spec commercial office space over six floors with two roof terraces. As lead BREEAM Assessor for the project, RedSix ensured a BREEAM Excellent rating was achieved under the BREEAM UK New Construction methodology. RedSix also provided construction stage Sustainability champion duties, and Life Cycle Assessment services for the project, allowing the maximum BREEAM score available to be achieved.
