Our experienced, in-house energy consultants carry out UK Building Regulations calculations for commercial (SBEM) and residential (SAP) buildings. As part of this service, we look to provide alternative fabric measures for consideration which may prove to be more commercially viable, without compromising overall compliance.
Our CIBSE certified building design and simulation consultants will create a dynamic 3D simulation model of any building type, to assist project teams in determining varying factors ranging from compliance with statutory requirements (Part L2a), potential risks of overheating (CIBSE TM52, CIBSE Guide A, CIBSE TM59), effective plant sizing, and daylighting (CIBSE LG10, BREEAM, CSH HQM).
