This project involved the construction of thirty-four new dwellings at Begelly, Pembrokeshire. As SAP assessors on the project, RedSix worked alongside the Client and Main Contractor to achieve the desired outcome in relation energy efficiency. RedSix produced both design and as-built SAP calculations and EPCs for each dwelling, enabling the project to achieve Building Control sign-off prior to sale in accordance with the Clients’ sectional completion programme.
