The development comprises of two L-shaped blocks which are two and in-part three storeys high with new access road and turning area between the blocks from Cross Inn Road, along with a communal garden area, cycle stores and bin stores.
As SAP consultants and assessors on the project, RedSix have worked alongside the Main Contractor to undertake a detailed options appraisal, followed by design stage SAP calculations to ensure the proposed design achieves the Client energy efficiency requirements for each dwelling.
