Meet the team
Gareth has over fifteen years’ experience in the environmental assessment and sustainability consulting sector.
Having worked on a wide range of major capital projects throughout the UK, he enjoys the varying challenges presented when applying the principles of sustainability and low-energy design to the built environment.
Outside of work, Gareth is a keen traveller, often taking city breaks to explore new places (and pubs). As a proud West Walian, he supports the Llanelli Scarlets, and can also be found cheering on the Buffalo Bills on any given Sunday.
Gwen joined RedSix following her degree of Architecture and Environmental Engineering in 2019. She has a keen passion for sustainability and well-being within the built environment and enjoys learning of new innovative ways of adapting buildings to be more environmentally friendly.
Outside of work, Gwen enjoys creating artwork and photography and exploring the beautiful Welsh landscape. She also has an interest in swimming, music and tending to her many house plants.
Rhyann has fourteen years’ professional experience in providing environmental, sustainability and carbon reduction advice to a wide range of clients across the UK. Rhyann enjoys the behavioural change aspects of sustainability, helping clients understand the need for positive changes which future proof their interests against the effects of climate change.
In her spare time, Rhyann is a keen trail runner and is part of a local running club. She also enjoys horse riding and mountain biking, taking in the local South Wales scenery. When not tackling mountains, Rhyann enjoys travelling and socialising with friends over a cider.
Hannah has recently joined the team following her Masters degree in Sustainability Planning and Environmental Policy at Cardiff University. She enjoys learning about innovative and collective ways in which societies and our built environment can transition towards net zero. She is passionate about being a part of the transition to a more environmentally friendly world.
Outside of work, Hannah enjoys exploring new beaches and finding hidden gems in the Welsh landscape. She also enjoys playing different sports and going to the gym. Her interests also include socialising with friends and kayaking and surfing in the crystal clear Pembrokshire water!
Emma has 3 years of experience in Building Management which sparked her interest in sustainability. She enjoys learning about all the different aspects of a sustainable building and how she can help make a difference. Since joining in 2023 she has gained experience carrying out SAP assessments for a range of projects and has played a key role in developing and monitoring compliance systems. Outside of work Emma enjoys all things active including rock climbing, paddleboarding and ice skating. She also loves to travel and find new mountain ranges to explore!
Following her undergraduate degree in Marine Geography Molly completed her master’s degree in Sustainability Planning and Environmental Policy at Cardiff University. Molly joined the team in 2023 with experience in undertaking BREEAM assessments and providing sustainable building services. Molly is passionate about contributing towards creating sustainable buildings that minimize their environmental impact through maximising energy efficiency and prioritising the wellbeing of the people occupying them.Outside of work, Molly enjoys running, walking and being outdoors in general. Originally from Pembrokeshire, Molly likes exploring the coast and discovering new places to eat and drink around Cardiff on the weekends.
