The project at Ashtead comprised the construction of a shell & core retail unit for future fit-out by M&S. The project achieved a BREEAM Very Good rating at interim and post-construction stages under the BREEAM New Construction Shell & Core methodology. RedSix also undertook the design and construction stage Sustainability Champion duties for the project, ensuring all potential BREEAM points and overall BREEAM score we continually monitored and maximised at every opportunity.
