New eye-catching scheme of twenty-five affordable homes for the over 55’s, at the old Ty Yn Y Pwll pub, Trethomas. This project will revitalise the former pub site, which has sat derelict for a number of years. As well as providing affordable accommodation, the building will also provide a community hub, to be made available for local residents. 

As SAP consultants and assessors on the project, RedSix have worked alongside the Main Contractor to undertake a detailed options appraisal, followed by design stage SAP calculations to ensure the proposed design achieves the Client requirement of an EPC A rating for each dwelling, meeting their energy efficiency and decarbonisation agenda respectively.
