The project, a grand total of 6,200m2 of warehouse and integrated office areas, consists of two individual units (Unit 6 – 5,300m2 and Unit 7 -1900m2), both with external hardstanding, car parking facilities, soft landscaping and drainage.

RedSix were appointed as BREEAM Assessors and Sustainability Champions for the project, which achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating under the BREEAM New Construction methodology. RedSix also undertook Life Cycle Assessment and Sustainability Champion duties during the project timeline from concept to completion, ensuring all potential BREEAM points and overall BREEAM score were continually monitored and maximised at every opportunity.
